Refund & Return Policy – EXPLR WEAR

All EXPLR WEAR products are made to order.


Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

 


 

 

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

 


We will offer a replacement or refund if your item:

 

  • Arrives defective

  • Is damaged in transit

  • Is incorrect (wrong item received)

 


You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.


Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided so we can assess the claim.

 


 

 

Eligibility

 


To qualify for a replacement or refund:

 

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Items may be tried on for fit

  • Items must not show signs of extended use

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

 

Return Shipping

 


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


 

 

European Union – Cooling-Off Period

 


Under EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.


However, this does not apply to made-to-order goods.

All EXPLR WEAR products are made to order and are therefore exempt from cancellation except in cases of defect or error.

 


 

 

Refund Processing

 


If a refund is approved:

 

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • It will be processed within 10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
